Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SME for payroll practices and processes, participating in evaluation, design, and oversight of auditing activities.
  • •Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders, evaluate operational deficiencies, and recommend business process adjustments for planning and prioritization.
  • •Coordinate with Legal, TR Compliance, HR Systems, IPA, and other partners to interpret and implement system updates and behavioral changes.
  • •Coach payroll and time performers during testing and analysis, and escalate day-to-day issues for resolution.
  • •Identify and analyze metrics to support KPIs/OKRs, monitor performance, and communicate insights to evaluate compliance gaps and successes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
  • •5-10 years of professional experience in payroll/compliance
  • •6+ years’ experience with large company payroll environments
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication; multilingual a plus
  • •Advanced technical capability producing complex reporting, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders
