Key Responsibilities

  • •Support testing, deployment, administration, operations, and sustainment of the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) environment.
  • •Provide engineering and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve TAK-related issues.
  • •Administer TAK in coordination with the customer’s Cloud Team, including user onboarding/offboarding, configuration, and access activities.
  • •Support mobile-device integration, certificate deployment, and operational-event requirements.
  • •Coordinate with TACCOM personnel, field users, cloud teams, and enterprise technical teams; monitor readiness and document issues, resolutions, configurations, and support actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three years of experience supporting testing, deployment, administration, troubleshooting, or sustainment of Team Awareness Kit (TAK) or a comparable system.
  • •Experience with technical support for TAK (or comparable mobile situational-awareness and secure information-sharing) including configuration and operational-event support.
  • •Technical knowledge of mobile-device integration, certificate support, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Experience coordinating with cloud or enterprise IT teams in a secure Government or law-enforcement environment.
  • •Ability to provide onsite and field support, including nonstandard hours when operationally required, and to obtain/maintain DHS suitability determination for access.
