Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage the production plan for each supplier based on sales, considering capacity constraints and commercial priorities
  • •Ensure plan feasibility with procurement, development, and industrialization teams and conduct weekly follow-ups
  • •Validate and implement planning scenarios with manufacturers
  • •Perform weekly replanning and adjust priorities to meet delivery timings
  • •Maintain master data and initiate purchase orders for finished goods while monitoring logistical issues
  • •Lead weekly production meetings with manufacturers and organize site visits (Italy)
  • •Contribute to process improvements and serve as a trainer/key user on planning tooling and ERP systems (M3, supplier portal, Power BI)

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing planning
  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 2 additional years (Bac + 5/equivalent) in business/engineering
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
  • •Analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, Power BI; Italian language would be a plus
