Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with institutional clients to design migration or launch strategies on MWS.
  • •Manage the technical side of the sales process, including accurate resource estimates and project quotations.
  • •Lead creation of technical documentation, SDK guides, and best-practice code examples.
  • •Oversee technical support and act as the final escalation point for high-level customer tickets.
  • •Partner with MWS Product and AI teams to advocate for customer-requested features and represent Mintlayer at conferences/workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in Go, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure, and ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to CTOs and junior developers.
  • •Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role managing high-value client relationships.
  • •Experience creating detailed technical quotations and resource estimates for enterprise-scale projects.
  • •Ability to diagnose customer integration issues and provide working code examples or architectural fixes in real time.
  • •Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
