Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical bridge between engineering teams and enterprise/global customers for Mintlayer Web Services (MWS). Own enterprise onboarding for institutional migration/launch strategies, lead quotations and scoping with accurate estimates, and create technical documentation, SDK guides, and gold-standard code examples. Act as final escalation for high-level support, translate customer feedback to the MWS product and AI teams, and represent Mintlayer at MENA/global technical events. Based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with institutional clients to design migration or launch strategies on MWS.
•Manage the technical side of the sales process, including accurate resource estimates and project quotations.
•Lead creation of technical documentation, SDK guides, and best-practice code examples.
•Oversee technical support and act as the final escalation point for high-level customer tickets.
•Partner with MWS Product and AI teams to advocate for customer-requested features and represent Mintlayer at conferences/workshops.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in Go, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure, and ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to CTOs and junior developers.
•Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role managing high-value client relationships.
•Experience creating detailed technical quotations and resource estimates for enterprise-scale projects.
•Ability to diagnose customer integration issues and provide working code examples or architectural fixes in real time.
•Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
