Job Summary

Own and grow the Creator Network (CN) agency partner business for TikTok LIVE by delivering new and mature CN growth OKRs. Lead business development and onboarding, optimize lead-to-contract conversion, and build structured training programs. Manage a team of Creator Network Managers to scale CN operations, apply data-driven coaching using internal tools, and drive measurable revenue and quality improvements. Partner cross-functionally to solve CN pain points and document best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Own new CN business development and onboarding growth metrics, including OKR targets and quality metrics.
•Develop business plans and tailored BD strategies, leading inbound and outbound channels to generate qualified leads.
•Improve lead-to-contract conversion funnel performance by tracking conversion metrics and iterating tactics.
•Build structured onboarding and at-scale training to help new CNs reach operational milestones and graduate efficiently.
•Lead a team of CN managers to scale mature CN operations using operational best practices and business analytics, driving revenue and quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in external-facing roles such as account management, sales, or business development.
•At least 2 years of team management experience.
•Experience owning revenue KPIs and/or OKRs and core business targets.
•Strong strategic communication skills to influence decisions, persuade, and negotiate.
•Analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and data tools for data-driven decision-making and insights.
