Baggage Controller

Monitor and manage mishandled baggage (MHB) cases across the flyadeal network, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and compliance with SLAs and baggage handling policies. Track case lifecycles and aging, escalate delays or non-compliance, coordinate with stations and ground handling agents, and support WorldTracer usage. Produce performance reports and dashboards, analyze trends and KPIs, and recommend process improvements to reduce case closure times and improve guest experience.
