Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete Merchant KYC and AML reviews accurately and efficiently using policy, procedures, and available evidence for sound risk-based decisions.
  • •Review customer and merchant information to ensure records are complete, accurate, and aligned to regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • •Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies, red flags, or potential financial crime risk indicators to protect the business and merchant network.
  • •Maintain clear, timely communication with merchants, internal partners, and stakeholders to resolve queries and support a positive servicing experience.
  • •Deliver consistently high case quality while maintaining audit-ready documentation and contribute to process improvements by sharing observations and recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in German is required.
