Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as a Field Project Engineer on assigned projects and coordinate/facilitate with other discipline engineers and construction teams.
  • •Execute work according to the Project Execution Plan, procedures, and standards, including safety and quality control, aligned with cost budgets and schedule targets.
  • •Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • •Coordinate field project engineering with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and related project personnel.
  • •Track construction progress vs. the schedule, report deviations, manage actions to recover progress, and implement quality control to meet project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and construction in petrochemical and refinery projects.
  • •Strong multi-discipline coordination skills and ability to plan work logically.
  • •Proactive, hardworking, and able to lead with teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good English communication skills and leadership skills.
