Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned work from start to close to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • •Establish and maintain client relationships; communicate with both technical and management-level personnel.
  • •Prepare PowerPoint decks and present progress, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • •Prepare RFPs and support contractor selection and contract award; coordinate contractor CPM baseline schedules.
  • •Lead commissioning/testing activities: review OPR/BOD and performance criteria, run integrated tests, manage commissioning issues, and verify performance against design intent.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of commissioning experience with mission-critical, industrial, or hyperscale data center facilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, controls engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, with hands-on knowledge across design, pre-construction, installation, startup, commissioning, and facility readiness.
  • •Experience developing reports for different audiences and strong client-facing communication.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
