Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support, develop, and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem across the company. You’ll work with large clients and strategic partners, monitor service-change requests, build automation with ScriptRunner, and help configure reports and dashboards in EazyBI and BigPicture, ensuring availability and performance of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, and related tools.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and process service-change requests from users
•Collaborate with stakeholders from other departments to design and implement technical solutions in the Atlassian ecosystem
•Develop Groovy scripts for automation with ScriptRunner
•Assist in configuring reports and dashboards in EazyBI
•Assist in configuring BigPicture and respond to incidents related to Atlassian product availability and functionality

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in an L1/L2/L3 Atlassian Support role
•Ability to work independently gathering requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, and user training
•Administration of all products in the Atlassian ecosystem: Jira Software/Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie and Org administration
•Deep understanding of all permission schemes and access controls across products
•Experience with Atlassian Cloud REST API
