Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee corporate strategy and planning, providing strategic process insights.
  • •Develop company statements (Vision, Mission, and long-term/3–5 year direction) and create short- and long-term business plans.
  • •Assess the organization’s strategic position using PESTEL, SWOT, and Five Forces; build scenario planning models for risks and opportunities.
  • •Establish a corporate performance management framework linking strategy to execution through cascading KPIs and conduct strategy workshops with executive leadership.
  • •Serve as secretary of the Management Committee, manage board agendas and engagements, and prepare mid-year/year-end reports and QBR presentations supported by financial trend analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •6–8 years of experience, preferably in the Big Four.
  • •Experience with strategic planning frameworks and performance management systems.
  • •Knowledge of corporate governance, KPI development, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • •Familiarity with market analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces) and scenario planning; plus exposure to M&A strategy and financial modeling.
