Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of strategic and operational plans by analyzing business performance and aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives. Own corporate strategy and planning processes, including vision/mission and 1-year/3–5 year business plans, KPI libraries, and performance management frameworks. Drive strategic assessments using PESTEL, SWOT, and Porter’s Five Forces, facilitate leadership workshops, and prepare board and management committee materials supported by financial trend reporting and scenario planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee corporate strategy and planning, providing strategic process insights.
•Develop company statements (Vision, Mission, and long-term/3–5 year direction) and create short- and long-term business plans.
•Assess the organization’s strategic position using PESTEL, SWOT, and Five Forces; build scenario planning models for risks and opportunities.
•Establish a corporate performance management framework linking strategy to execution through cascading KPIs and conduct strategy workshops with executive leadership.
•Serve as secretary of the Management Committee, manage board agendas and engagements, and prepare mid-year/year-end reports and QBR presentations supported by financial trend analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
•6–8 years of experience, preferably in the Big Four.
•Experience with strategic planning frameworks and performance management systems.
•Knowledge of corporate governance, KPI development, and risk assessment methodologies.
•Familiarity with market analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces) and scenario planning; plus exposure to M&A strategy and financial modeling.
