Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6, including logic sequencing, resource loading, and maintenance.
  • •Establish and manage project baseline changes under strict change management protocols.
  • •Conduct regular Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, float management, and schedule risk assessments (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations).
  • •Coordinate schedule integration and progress tracking across three entities, consolidating schedules, sub-projects, and progress data into one master network.
  • •Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and prepare executive reporting including dashboards, S-curves, and variance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 (EPPM/PPM); proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel (macros/VBA) is required; Power BI/Tableau is highly desirable.
  • •More than 5 years of planning/scheduling experience on large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, mining, or civil engineering projects (valued at $100M+).
  • •Track record working within Joint Ventures (JVs), consortia, or matrixed organizations spanning multiple countries.
  • •Exceptional English communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders with competing priorities.
