Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the requirements lifecycle (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation).
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements reflect business needs and strategic objectives.
  • •Translate concepts into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • •Maintain requirements management artifacts including traceability matrices, baselines, and version control.
  • •Facilitate workshops and partner with PMs, architects, developers, and QA to manage alignment, gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts; support user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
  • •Experience developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • •Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • •Proficiency with requirements management tools and experience with DoD networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
