Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, implement, and maintain cost control structures and processes; collate and submit financial data on time.
  • •Manage contract cost management activities, including PO requisitions and liaison on payment certificates and pre-payment agreements.
  • •Communicate with Commercial teams to review, audit, and validate cashflow and update cost-to-complete forecasts each period.
  • •Use CEMAR for change data reporting and SAGE to pull actuals; update baselines with cost impacts after approvals.
  • •Support finance with monthly reporting and financial statements/asset register updates, and present cost status in internal and client reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in Project, Cost, or Commercial Management disciplines.
  • •Experience implementing cost control structures and maintaining cost control processes for financial reporting.
  • •Ability to manage contract cost activities, including PO requisitions and tracking cost impacts.
  • •Experience preparing periodical funding forecasts, monthly updates, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
  • •Proficiency with cost/actuals systems such as CEMAR and SAGE.
