Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Dining Design & Development (SG)

Support governance and development of inflight and lounge meal offerings by partnering with internal stakeholders and catering partners to review dining product policies and implement F&B initiatives. Manage annual fixed and variable budgets, producing analyses, expenditure reports, and variance commentary, while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate on budgeting consolidation, forecasting, and meal cost dashboard tools, and support audits through documentation, corrective actions, and process improvements.
