Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate PFMEA sessions with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes.
•Document and analyze potential failure modes, root causes, and their effects, assigning Risk Priority Numbers (RPNs) based on severity, occurrence, and detection criteria.
•Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to recommend and implement corrective actions for mitigating process risks.
•Provide technical expertise on manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
•Conduct root cause analyses and support the implementation of corrective actions to address process-related challenges.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
•Communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)
•Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) experience
•Must be residing in Puerto Rico at start date; relocation not offered
•Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes (preferred)
