Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans.
  • •Act as an agent of change to support implementation of organizational vision and goals for Instructure products.
  • •Use data and an inquiry process to analyze challenges, apply targeted strategies, and elevate teaching and learning within Instructure products.
  • •Mentor and motivate organization leaders, faculty, designers, and staff, including delivering coaching focused on Instructure products.
  • •Plan, schedule, and conduct product training and consulting sessions; prepare learning resources and follow up to monitor progress and promote success.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of teaching or consulting experience in a K-12 or higher education setting, including experience with a digital learning environment.
  • •At least two years of Canvas and/or Mastery Connect experience, including making engaging Canvas courses that are responsive and inclusive.
  • •At least one year in an educational leadership position overseeing a team supporting a learning and assessment management system for pedagogical purposes.
  • •Experience leading change, building relationships, and rolling out a technology platform to a large organization.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Technology (or equivalent); Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology is a plus.
