Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, including contractual, financial, and programme responsibilities.
•Oversee the design and delivery of landscape schemes and be client facing, representing AECOM’s design vision.
•Share knowledge and support a culture of continuous development; mentor and develop junior staff as a line manager.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators; secure new work through proactive client engagement and business development.
•Manage, prepare and develop designs through all stages from feasibility to construction documentation; administer contracts (e.g., JCLI) to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

•Corporate Member of the Irish Landscape Institute (ILI) or Chartered Member of the UK Landscape Institute (CMLI) with at least five years post-qualification experience.
•Expert in designing public realm schemes and managing complex multi-disciplinary projects.
•Thorough knowledge of the Irish and UK planning system relevant to landscape architecture.
•Expert in project management, including financial control, reporting, and programme management.
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Revit and/or Civil 3D is highly desirable.
