Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and prioritize the product backlog to optimize business value and client outcomes, aligning with product strategy, regulatory requirements, and funding commitments.
  • •Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), accept/reject work using acceptance criteria, and ensure teams focus on outcomes.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, communicating product vision, roadmap, and delivery progress throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Align product priorities to roadmaps and enterprise initiatives, develop business cases, and refine priorities based on feedback and performance.
  • •Incorporate risk, compliance, and data governance into backlog prioritization and ensure delivered functionality meets regulatory and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned expertise with extensive technical and/or business knowledge, including thorough understanding of products/business areas within a roadmap.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills to present and distill complex topics into management-ready materials.
  • •Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills across multiple disciplines and leadership stakeholders.
  • •Program or project management experience, including planning, analysis, design, and governance.
  • •Strong understanding of business strategy development to support long-term planning and manage profitability/performance.
