Key Responsibilities

•Unload product from railcars at various company facilities.
•Assist the plant foreperson with daily operations and upkeep of the plant.
•Perform general labor such as shoveling, sweeping, handling materials, and using hand tools.
•Assist with equipment maintenance and miscellaneous duties; may perform welding and fabrication as required.
•Operate heavy equipment safely when needed (including frontend loader and skid steer loader) and respond to safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Ability to apply basic math and reasoning to follow instructions and handle standardized problems.
•Ability to lift/move up to 105 pounds and meet physical demands of manual labor tasks.
•General understanding of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
