Inside Sales Associate

Work with walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, recommend solutions, and support a smooth sales process. You’ll process and distribute customer products, handle questions and complaints, enter sales orders to generate invoices, and secure payments per policy. The role also evaluates warranty items, estimates delivery dates, and assists with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced retail/distribution environment.
