  • •Manage complex wealth management HNW/UHNW client relationships and ensure overall client satisfaction through coordination and issue resolution.
  • •Oversee assigned client accounts by developing a thorough understanding of client needs, goals, and governing documents.
  • •Lead client conversations for life-driven wealth management and provide proactive advice on products/services, regulatory/tax changes, and appropriate actions.
  • •Provide fiduciary and administrative services using fiduciary knowledge, judgment, and internal policies to manage prudent risk.
  • •Cultivate referral relationships and external advisor networks for new business opportunities, while mentoring partners and leading fiduciary projects and committees.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years’ experience as a relationship manager in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
  • •Experience working with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients is preferred.
  • •Ability to manage a complex portfolio with over a million and/or billion in account under management (AUM).
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary duties, applicable laws, and fiduciary standards and practices, including trust and tax law and estate planning techniques.
  • •Strong negotiating, problem-solving, delegating, leadership, and sales skills; JD and/or CFP, CPWA are strongly desired.
