Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial outreach to close for several key roles across the company.
  • •Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to iterate job descriptions, requirements, and interview processes.
  • •Influence and educate hiring teams on interviewing best practices, building out hiring rubrics, and devising questions.
  • •Take full ownership of sourcing passive leads for your pipelines and know when to seek additional resources.
  • •Foster trust-based relationships with candidates to close our most critical hires.
