Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful implementation of Workday HCM solutions for customers using product and implementation expertise.
  • •Lead engagements by understanding client requirements, configuring Workday, and demonstrating configurations via prototype systems.
  • •Assist clients with testing and validation of the Workday solution.
  • •Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • •Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge; support integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience leading Workday implementations is a MUST.
  • •3+ years (Senior) or 7+ years (Principal) implementing at least one Workday HCM solution (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and/or listed modules).
  • •Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required.
  • •Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service.
  • •Workday HCM functional experience and strong business analysis/requirements gathering; ability to learn technology quickly; travel up to 30%.
