Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance for quality reviews and validate product non-conformances, disposition type, quality procedures, and engineering requirements.
  • •Oversee quality analysis and evaluation of products, operations, and processes, including failure and forensic analysis.
  • •Guide root-cause analysis for nonconformance and verify corrective action effectiveness to ensure causes are eliminated.
  • •Oversee problem resolution and review/approve quality planning changes and dispositions for hardware products/processes.
  • •Create formal analytical reports, coordinate distribution, and train/mentor technicians while supporting aircraft logbooks, reconciliation, and records management.
