Job Summary

Drive brand growth across Sephora’s European ecosystem by managing brand relationships and advising partners on activation strategy, animations investment, and budget monitoring. Lead development of 360° activation toolboxes and coordinate cross-functional project execution with merchandising, e-commerce, CRM, social media, media, PR, and training teams. Serve as country marketing contact and ensure EU strategy deployment through the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and manage brand relationships across online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects, and data sharing.
•Advise on brand investment in animations, monitor budgets, and develop personalized activation roadmaps to improve performance.
•Support merchant strategy and offer priorities by building suitable animation strategies for assigned brands.
•Lead external meetings with brands (negotiations, launch kick-offs, and business reviews) and coordinate key internal marketing meetings for execution.
•Analyze brand performance elements and share insights with partners while ensuring alignment with merchant strategy and assigned category managers.

Key Requirements

•Graduated from business school.
•Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in retail or digital marketing.
•Strong ability to collaborate across teams and lead cross-functionally in different countries.
•Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and build strong brand relationships and partnerships.
•High-level problem solving and analytical skills, with strong French and English communication plus proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
