Key Responsibilities

  • •Verantwortung für die Ausbildung der Lernenden und Studierenden auf den Bettenabteilungen
  • •Entwicklung, Planung, Gestaltung und Evaluation von Lerneinheiten in Theorie und Praxis
  • •Durchführung von Lerntagen auf den Bettenabteilungen in der 1:1 Begleitung
  • •Organisation der Qualifikationsschritte und Abschlussprüfungen sowie Tätigkeit als Praxisexpert*in auf Sekundarstufe II und Tertiärstufe
  • •Coaching der Berufsbildner*innen auf den Bettenabteilungen und Durchführung von internen Weiterbildungen

Key Requirements

  • •Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent
  • •Willingness to obtain Eidg. Fachausweis Ausbilder*in (preferred)
  • •At least two years of clinical experience in an acute hospital and knowledge of education systems, laws, and regulations
  • •Experience as a Berufsbildner*in on a nursing unit and teaching small groups
  • •Strong social and self-management skills with experience in conducting conversations/communications
