Key Responsibilities

•Connect and engage with consumers entering the store to inspire, serve, and sell.
•Drive customer experience by executing CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE service standards and using seasonal brand and product knowledge.
•Be aware of store KPIs and contribute to store sales while minimizing loss on the stockroom and sales floor.
•Execute store operations including processing merchandise deliveries, replenishing fixtures, and completing transactions accurately with cash protection procedures.
•Maintain safe, compliant, and visually appealing store standards through operational policy adherence and visual merchandising/housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•Preferably 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer and commercial focused retail environment.
•Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
•Fluency in Polish and English.
•Positive attitude and interest in sport, fashion, and consumers.
•Team player open to feedback and actively using available learning opportunities.
