Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage production of test systems used to validate Starlink Satellite flight hardware (racks, harnessing, fixturing, custom PCBAs, etc.).
  • •Supervise shop floor activity, including daily/weekly assignments and workflow.
  • •Lead and manage a staff of 10+ workers, including performance management, coaching, and identifying training needs.
  • •Take extreme ownership of the operations and build queue across shifts and days; monitor labor hours/overtime and implement improvement plans.
  • •Collaborate with test engineering partner teams, assess risks to test system readiness, and ensure quality and conformance to specifications.

Key Requirements
