Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with project delivery teams or independently to deploy cost control processes, ensuring budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts are tracked accurately.
  • •Tailor cost control approaches to client needs and promote cost control best practices within project teams.
  • •Develop and maintain CBS and align budgets with WBS to control actual costs.
  • •Map cost estimates to Work Packages and Control Accounts to set accurate project budgets.
  • •Produce regular cost reports, including EVA analysis, and advise on performance management decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable Experience in Cost Control
  • •Familiarity with cost performance reporting and forecasting techniques
  • •Experience leading Cost Control Assurance activities
  • •Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and reporting/analysis
  • •Practical experience with MS Excel and MS applications
