  • •Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives by deeply understanding customers and technology.
  • •Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying bottlenecks, raising strategic issues, and making data-driven decisions with trade-offs.
  • •Communicate clearly to bring together cross-functional teams and achieve program objectives; serve as a role model for other TPMs.
  • •Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making and improve Operational Excellence processes organization-wide.
  • •Coordinate testing and release dependencies, build release/bug/progress-tracking dashboards, and align with partners across product, engineering, and program management.
