Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of BPCS, SIS, DCS, and PLC platforms, including hardware fault monitoring and software repairs/upgrades.
•Respond to after-hours calls for DCS/DCS/PLC issues and emergencies as the main point of contact for DCS/PLC system problems.
•Maintain and archive programs to ensure the latest versions are available, with documented backup systems and procedures.
•Develop best-practice procedures and documentation, and develop/review controls narratives to meet operations, safety, and compliance expectations.
•Provide project support including logic additions, switch/router installation and programming, liaison with integrators/vendors, and collaboration with operators, process engineers, and maintenance technicians.

Salary: USD 93,000 - 139,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of industrial programming experience and/or strong electrical and instrumentation skills with programming ability.
•Experience modifying, maintaining, and installing process control system applications, including BPCS, SIS, DCS/PLC, and HMI software/hardware.
•Experience with Allen Bradley, Modicon, Delta V, Clear SCADA, or Honeywell systems with documented training courses.
•Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, procedures, charts/diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals.
•Training in process control system operations and file structures, designing/coding/networking control programs, HMIs, and database management.
