Job Summary

Manage moderate-size to complex Power Delivery projects across transmission and distribution, substations, and communications infrastructure, with a focus on SCADA and telecomm. Own project performance across technical execution, CPM schedules, quality, safety, and financial results throughout the full lifecycle—from proposal and startup through execution, reporting, and closeout. Develop proposals, WBS, cost estimates, and project plans while building client relationships and coordinating with accounting, procurement, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical execution, CPM schedules, quality, safety, and financial performance for power delivery projects across the full project lifecycle.
•Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans, including WBS and estimated costs.
•Maintain project documentation in designated systems, including Risk (REF/RMP), Project Management Plan (PMP), Project Quality Plan (QP), Project Safety (PSP), and Communications Plan.
•Coordinate with project accounting to monitor project metrics, time-to-completion, cash management, and budgeted margin; support budgeting/forecasting and cost/change management.
•Provide leadership for client relationship management, stakeholder kickoffs, regular project reporting, subcontractor oversight, and formal closeout/lessons-learned activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
•Working towards project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
•5+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
•Understanding of project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and experience applying project management principles.
•Strong analytical/organizational skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with adherence to QA/QC and workplace safety requirements.
