Key Responsibilities

•Own the full marketing strategy for Seobility across all channels, with accountability for results and budget.
•Drive product-led and diversified growth by building sustained acquisition sources beyond Google-organic and turning feature launches into measurable acquisition and activation.
•Lead and develop a team of 2–3 mostly senior marketers through strategic direction, coaching, prioritization, and delivery planning.
•Use AI-native approaches with tools, automations, and agentic workflows across research, production, shipping, and user communication.
•Build ecosystem partnerships and champion presence in the SEO community through thought leadership and creator/channel strategy (ideally including video content).

Key Requirements

•Hands-on growth marketing background connecting channels and data to deliver results and iterate quickly.
•Deep SEO expertise to lead strategy in the SEO tool space and credibly represent the brand to the SEO community and users.
•AI-native builder with technical fluency (HTML, CSS, APIs, webhooks) to ship assets like lead magnets or landing pages without waiting for engineering.
•Leadership experience coaching and planning delivery for a team of mostly senior marketers with clear scope and accountability.
•Experience managing significant marketing budgets and prioritizing for business impact.
