Provide quality retail banking customer service by processing everyday financial transactions and opening deposit and retirement accounts. •Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality customer service.

•Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects and support calling activities during deposit/loan campaigns.
•Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.

•Must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment to be considered for the position.
