Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end customer engagements from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery.
  • •Conduct blockchain investigations using tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques across the Chainalysis platform.
  • •Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis products and data.
  • •Enable customers to operate solutions independently through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer.
  • •Support pre-sales technical engagement and deliver demos, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to improve offerings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Conducted or supported cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis in an operational environment.
  • •Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and how on-chain data is used for investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows.
  • •Delivered customer-facing technical solutions (investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows) in complex real-world environments.
  • •Worked directly with customers in domains such as law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security.
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and solution development, including building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
