MIU MIU Client Advisor (m/f/d)

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for Miu Miu clients in the KaDeWe department store in Berlin. Build and maintain client relationships using an individual approach, CRM, and digital tools, while proactively cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs. Stay current on fashion trends and competitors, demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge, handle customer complaints with support from the line manager, and maintain shop-floor and visual standards, including security and theft prevention.
