•Lead and develop the indirect procurement team, setting objectives, coaching and growing a high-engagement group of buyers.
•Manage sourcing delivery end-to-end, including tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract execution across the team.
•Partner with Local Procurement teams and Regional/Global stakeholders across Western Europe, aligning delivery with business needs and managing expectations.
•Ensure operational excellence by standardizing processes, optimizing resource allocation, and continuously improving tools and ways of working.
•Drive governance and compliance, ensuring consistency with procurement policies and providing transparency on team performance and delivery.

•Ensure operational excellence by standardizing processes, optimizing resource allocation and continually improving tools and ways of working.
•Fluency in English and at least 4 years of experience in procurement; experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) is preferred.
