  • •Successfully completed structured training and built a portfolio of evidence demonstrating technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • •Relevant medico-legal qualifications and experience handling bodily injury claims processes across insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer service environments.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively in a team, providing advice and guidance, and temporarily fulfilling roles such as Case Reviewer and Team Manager.
  • •Strong planning and prioritisation skills to organize tasks and manage competing resources, demonstrating leadership behaviors in others.
