Senior Case manager Level 1

Manage a portfolio of Workers’ Compensation Treasury Managed Fund claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring regulatory and internal requirements are met. Partner strategically with government clients to improve return-to-work and return-to-health outcomes, while making informed liability decisions using complex case information. Build relationships with injured claimants, families, and legal/medical stakeholders, and coach others to improve claims results, risk management, and policy recommendations.
