Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
  • •Follow HEYDUDE policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise between backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and perform physical tasks such as standing/walking for at least 8 hours per shift.
