Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders using three-way match requirements.
  • •Ensure vendor payments are accurate and timely in line with payment terms and cash management guidelines.
  • •Manage vendor bank account information, including verification, updates, and secure handling of sensitive data.
  • •Conduct vendor banking information audits to detect/prevent fraud, unauthorized changes, and data discrepancies.
  • •Support month-end closing, project management for deadlines, and reporting/analysis for vendor risk management items.

Key Requirements
