Workspace Operations Officer (Guildford, ENG, GB, GU2 8XG)

Lead the workplace experience strategy across Allianz’s UK property portfolio, creating engaging, customer-focused environments aligned to the “Future Fit Property” vision. Based primarily in Guildford, you’ll set consistent workplace standards, translate customer feedback into improvements, and manage service/supplier performance. You’ll also drive workplace communications, engagement and change programmes, promote wellbeing and inclusive culture, and support adoption of workplace services and technology across strategic hub offices.
