Develop new business by exploring and soliciting Prestige customers for retail banking and wealth management offerings, matching products and services to customer needs. Participate in OMA and marketing events to identify opportunities from specific channels, and refer customers to PBM after sales while handling enquiries in a timely manner. Ensure service quality, follow external regulations and internal policies across sales and daily operations, and manage operational risk for business development activities. Obtain required sales licenses.
