Manager, Corporate Strategy

Lead corporate strategy efforts with CarMax leadership across Product and Operational departments. You’ll identify and develop new initiatives, maintain roadmaps tied to the long-range Strategic Plan, and partner with functional experts to shape solutions. Own the test planning approach (interdependencies, sequencing, KPIs), run test analysis to improve performance, and advise on readiness for market expansion while communicating results to executives.
