Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assembly operations in line with approved production schedules and daily manufacturing targets.
  • •Perform precise mechanical and electronic assembly using engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
  • •Carry out alignment, fitment, fastening, and fine mechanical adjustments to meet defined tolerances and functional specifications.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections during and after assembly to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • •Record assembly data, inspection results, deviations, and non-conformance reports accurately while maintaining a safe, clean, organized workplace.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or industrial assembly.
  • •Proven experience in industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with electronic assembly and fine mechanical assembly processes.
  • •Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and electronic workmanship requirements.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
