Own end-to-end bi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for a global organization, ensuring employees are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. Analyze and document country control frameworks and payroll guidance, perform reconciliations and audit tasks, and stay current on local payroll regulations. Partner with Finance, HR, and the payroll provider to resolve escalated payroll issues, support month-end close and reporting, and improve payroll processes for efficiency and reliability.
