Key Responsibilities

  • •Make monthly 90-day vehicle requirements projections by department and determine unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profit forecasts.
  • •Sell financing and other finance and insurance products, including Extended Warranties and aftermarket items.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with finance sources, submit paperwork for finance deal approvals, and handle rate quotations.
  • •Meet with each salesperson daily to review yesterday’s results and today’s plan; conduct sales meetings and provide on-the-job training.
  • •Facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager and manage F&I administration including logging sales income, verifying insurance, obtaining deposits, and verifying trade payoffs.

Key Requirements
