Key Responsibilities

•Review, develop, and update the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures to align with best practices and ISO 31000 standards.
•Prepare comprehensive enterprise risk reports including internal/external environment analysis and identify strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
•Coordinate with relevant departments to identify, classify, analyze, and document risks in the risk register.
•Regularly monitor and update the enterprise risk register, track risk status, evolution, and effectiveness of mitigation plans.
•Review and analyze risk matrices (Probability x Impact) to prioritize risks and allocate resources for mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Quality Management, or Risk Management with at least 5 years of experience
•Fundamental knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the center
•Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities
•Ability to analyze and assess risk, plan, and implement risk controls
•Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
