Manager IV, Operations Management - (M4)

Lead production and supply chain operations at a semiconductor manufacturing site by establishing and monitoring production metrics, budgets, and project schedules. Plan and optimize resources to ensure on-time delivery and accurate plant capacity. Direct, mentor, and develop direct reports while driving Lean, safety, and quality improvements and continuous improvement projects to refine production methods, reduce cycle time, and maximize profitability.
