Job Summary

Support HP’s Service Supply Chain organization as a primary steward for operating expense management. Own budget management, financial performance, and cost optimization through complex cost and variance analysis, forecasting, and ROI-informed planning. Translate financial data into actionable recommendations, partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams, and drive policy/process improvements and independently managed projects while mentoring lower-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform complex financial analysis for functions or business units; identify issues and recommend solutions.
•Conduct financial analysis and provide analytics to support key business initiatives.
•Drive weekly, monthly, and long-term forecasting by analyzing trends and aligning to business objectives.
•Provide counsel on controls, budgeting and planning, ROI decisions, and development of business plans and strategies.
•Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver written reports, and provide mentoring to lower-level roles.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
•Advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience is acceptable.
•Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost management practices (forecasting, trend analysis, variance analysis).
•Preferred certifications: CPA or CFA.
